Introduction

We are a service center specializing in the repair of Webastocontrol units.

Our service center is located in Bulgaria, but we also work with partner warehouses in Germany and the UK, where you can also send your control unit. The transport from these warehouses to our service center in Bulgaria is our responsibility.

The service which we offer includes, repair and complete renovation with replacement of critical components of the control unit. Additional treating of the base of the control unit to increase its resistance to moisture. Removal of the old varnish coating of the control unit and its replacement with a newone. Testing the control unit in operation after completion of the repair and renovation.

The warrantywe provide on the control units repaired by us is 36 months (3 years).

If you would like us to repair your control unit, before you send it to us we will need detailed photos of it, to confirm whether the repair will be possible. You can send those photos to the e-mail address listed in the Contactssection.

After confirmation from us that the repair is possible, we will send you the address where you can send your control unit. For this purpose, when sending us your photos, please indicate location where you want to send it, directly to us, to the warehouse in Germany or to the warehouse in the UK.
